Our Services

Initial Production Check(IPC)

An Initial Production Check is an on-site Product Inspection performed before your production begins, up until 20% has been completed.

During Production Check(Dupro)

A During Production Check is an on-site Product Inspection performed when 20-80% of your production is completed and packed for shipping.

Final Random Inspection(PSI/FRI)

A Final Random Inspection (FRI) is a systematic inspection of units selected at random from all batches of your order, conducted when your production is at least 80% complete packed and 100% finished.

Full Inspection (100% inspection)

Full inspection is conducted after all products have been manufactured in totality. The benefit here is that the inspection is more thorough as every last item is inspected for defects.

Loading & Unloading Supervision

A Loading Supervision (LS) minimizes the possibility of an unpleasant surprise at arrival. It makes sure that your products are handled properly and securely loaded into container before shipment.
