Payment Options
- Payment by Visa or MasterCard: You can conveniently make payment through our online payment gateway, which accepts Visa and MasterCard. We support secure payment platforms such as Paypal and Vtcpay.
- Bank Transfer to Company Account: You have the option to make payment by bank transfer to our company’s USD or VND account. Please ensure that the transfer is made in the designated currency.
- Bank Transfer to Personal Account: If you prefer, you can make payment by bank transfer to our designated personal accounts in USD, VND, or RMB. Please indicate the desired currency when initiating the transfer.
- Payment through Online Gateway (RMB Account): We also accept payment through popular online gateways such as Wechat Pay and Alipay. This option is available for payments in RMB.
Payment Process
Once you have chosen your preferred payment method, we will issue a pro-forma invoice to you. The pro-forma invoice will outline the total amount due and provide the necessary payment details.

- Full Payment: A full payment is required at least 3 days prior to the scheduled inspection date. This allows us to finalize all necessary arrangements and allocate resources for your inspection.
- International Transfers: For international bank transfers, please select the “OUR” instruction when making the payment. This ensures that you cover all transfer charges associated with the transaction. Kindly inform your bank about this instruction and provide us with the bank slip or proof of payment after the transaction is completed.
